Web Developer for eLearning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Developer in Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of web-based eLearning development projects and drive the development process from start to finish
• Act as the primary contributor focusing on front-end development with modern frameworks like Adapt and React
• Collaborate with instructional designers, graphics designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to meet project goals

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a developer with a strong portfolio of front-end and/or eLearning projects
• Deep expertise with frameworks like Adapt and React and related front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG/508 compliance) and LMS integration (SCORM/xAPI) preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt to the client's timeline while driving projects to completion
• A flexible mindset and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies as projects require
