Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience, or 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Solid understanding of command line-based operating systems (Linux, Windows)
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, or Selenium
• Experience in deploying tools like ServiceNow or Salesforce within a large enterprise
• Experience with agile software tools such as Jira or Trello
