Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Principal Machine Learning (ML) Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize LLM-powered agents for clinical and operational workflows
• Adapt LLMs with healthcare data through prompt engineering and instruction tuning
• Productionize services using CI/CD, containerization, and cost controls

Required Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years production experience with LLM agents
• Proven record improving agent reliability through various methods
• Publications, open-source contributions, or patents in relevant fields
• Experience with instrumenting traces, metrics, and logs for service evaluation
