ServiceNow System Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow System Engineer to manage and support the ServiceNow platform for Federal Government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the ServiceNow platform lifecycle, including planning, deployment, maintenance, and optimization
• Configure and troubleshoot MID server management for large-scale environments
• Document processes and provide support to client testers during acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow or IT systems engineering experience for mid-level role
• Minimum of 10 years of systems engineering experience and at least 6 years with ServiceNow for senior-level role
• Experience in ServiceNow platform administration and configuration
• Proficiency in Linux server management, including MID servers
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
