Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telecommunications Engineer to join their network and telecom services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support enterprise contact center applications and unified communications systems
- Manage Cisco Unified Call Manager and related components, ensuring high service resiliency
- Participate in on-call rotation, perform system upgrades, and support disaster recovery testing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of direct VOIP/telecommunications experience
- Minimum 2+ years Networking/Systems experience (WAN, LAN, Firewalls)
- Strong knowledge of VOIP, SIP, and QoS
- Proficient in Cisco technologies such as CUCM, PCCE, and CVP
