Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering - Capital Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead capital management systems and define capital spending plans across all business units
• Champion best engineering practices and lead the Early Innovation Management (EIM/EEM) Pillar
• Oversee project and financial reviews, ensuring effective communication with operational and business leaders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 15+ years of experience in relevant industries
• Proven leadership in portfolio capital management with complex project portfolios ($250M - $500M)
• Experience in leading Early Innovation Management (EIM/EEM) and Total Productive Manufacturing (TPM) processes
• Hands-on project management experience with complex investments and PMI qualifications preferred
• Experience leading diverse engineering teams and strong business acumen for driving impactful propositions
