Senior Manager of AI Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, AIML Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow teams of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and software architects to develop Gen AI solutions
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI agents and tools, from ideation to deployment and performance improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and guide product and architectural vision

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, with 4+ years in people management
• Experience launching an AI application at a global scale
• Deep technical understanding of generative AI applications and conversational AI systems
• Strong background in machine learning, statistics, and experience implementing systems at scale
