DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Engineer to drive the transformation of CI/CD workflows across multiple products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enforce DevOps standards, including IaC/GitOps/CI/CD best practices
• Modernize and support CI/CD by optimizing existing GitLab pipelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enable developer self-service and smooth delivery across products

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with self-managed Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal/on-premise
• Ability to design, optimize, and maintain complex GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Solid expertise in managing and hardening RHEL-based systems
• Practical experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
• Advanced Bash scripting skills for automation and service configuration
