Observability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Observability Engineer to lead the design and support of scalable metric collection and monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain observability solutions using Grafana and time-series databases like VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, Graphite, InfluxDB, and Mimir
• Design and implement custom metric collection systems for high-volume infrastructure monitoring
• Apply knowledge of Windows, Linux, Networking, and Cloud environments to support observability initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience with observability platforms and time-series databases
• Strong infrastructure background with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Flexible and responsive to changing team and organizational needs
