Staff Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer (Platform Engineering).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain the internal platform for the digital product portfolio
• Prioritize developer experience and promote a DevOps culture across teams
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to software design and system architecture

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes (preferably on bare metal)
• Experience with CI/CD systems and Linux
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for production systems
