Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Configuration Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Configuration Data Management (CDM) team, providing supervision and performance management
• Ensure consistent execution of configuration identification, change control, and data management across assigned programs
• Collaborate with various functions to align on CDM practices and maintain configuration control

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in configuration management or related disciplines, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong working knowledge of CM standards (e.g., AS9100, EIA-649) and lifecycle practices
• Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM/PDM) systems
• US citizenship is required
