Principal Solution Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Solution Engineer to lead technical strategy and solution delivery for global raters and crowd programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of technical solutions that enhance program operations
• Act as the primary technical advisor for operations teams, leadership, and client stakeholders
• Identify and implement process automation, workflow improvements, and platform optimizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years in solution engineering, technical program management, or related roles
• Experience with BPO or distributed workforce programs is a strong plus
• Expertise in system architecture, integrations, automation, and workflow optimization
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise software tools
