Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead their Foundational Products Engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Drive the technical strategy and execution for foundational product areas
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define and deliver on the roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing managers and leading multiple engineering teams
• Strong technical background with a history of backend engineering
• Experience with full-stack development, backend frameworks, and SQL databases
• Ability to contribute to technical architecture discussions and incident resolution
• Excellent leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and team growth
