Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join their Core AI team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from ideation to optimization
• Apply advanced techniques to create personalized AI solutions that adapt to individual needs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design AI-powered experiences for members and clinical teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; PhD is a plus
• 5+ years of industry experience developing AI and Machine Learning systems in production
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and advanced Prompt Engineering
• Proficiency in programming with Python and analyzing large datasets using SQL or similar technologies
• Experience with Voice AI or specialized Language Models is a plus
