Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pennsylvania Licensed Department Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects of water/wastewater engineering projects and client management
• Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
• Lead staff development, including hiring, mentoring, and providing technical oversight

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 10-15 years of experience in civil and/or environmental engineering related to municipal projects
• Valid Pennsylvania P.E. license or the ability to obtain one
• Strong leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience managing diverse teams in a hybrid work environment
