Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead DevOps teams and drive software solutions for government clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
• Oversee cloud architecture and migrations, ensuring secure and timely outcomes aligned with business goals
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance engineering velocity and product quality

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in DevOps engineering, with at least 5 years managing teams
• Proven experience in leading cloud migrations and implementing DevOps practices in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
