IT Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Engineering team supporting critical applications and manage the architecture, design, and configuration of PLM solutions using PTC Windchill
• Conduct assessments of current PLM systems to identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical solutions
• Monitor system performance, define security models, and manage licensing for all Engineering and technical software

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in PLM/PDM/ALM solutions, with at least 8 years focused on PTC Windchill and CAD/CAE
• Deep expertise in Windchill modules such as PDMLink, ProjectLink, and Quality Solutions
• Experience with integrations between PLM and enterprise systems, and strong knowledge of relevant technologies and frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in regulated industries is a plus
