Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Ads Foundation Modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performance CTR and CVR prediction models for ad ranking and recommendation systems
• Build and refine systems for creative understanding and user behavior modeling to enhance engagement predictions
• Monitor model performance, calibrate predictions, and address data drift or delayed feedback

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale Ads delivery and optimization systems
• 3+ years of experience in developing CTR/CVR systems or behavior modeling systems
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Scala, or C++
• Knowledge of metric design, experimentation methodologies, and large-scale data analysis
