Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified ServiceNow ITOM Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure ITOM modules and automate workflows
• Implement Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Management, and Operational Intelligence
• Optimize IT operations and manage integrations with APIs and MID Servers

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow ITOM certification (CIS-ITOM preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation
• Strong knowledge of CMDB and ITIL processes
• Hands-on experience with ITOM tools and techniques
