Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer who will lead improvement initiatives related to customer interactions with Client Services tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure ServiceNow to meet business requirements at scheduled intervals
- Build workflow diagrams and architectural specifications for proposed improvements in ServiceNow
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and propose solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow or a similar CRM tool
- 2+ years of experience with API, Web Services, and Databases (e.g., Oracle)
- 6+ years of experience in an IT organization in a product support or development role
- Familiarity with AJAX, AngularJS, Jelly Scripting, and web service integrations
