Job Summary
A company is looking for an Access and Application Coordinator - WFH.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision user access to systems and maintain IT equipment inventory
- Provide tier 1 support for applications and assist HR with Workday-related tasks
- Act as a liaison between access teams and coordinate efforts for user access requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3 years relevant work experience required
- Experience with Active Directory
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is a plus
- Experience with Workday and Tier 1 application support is a plus
