Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Administrator to provide end user support services for the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Document standard Service Desk processes and procedures
- Identify, research, and document service desk enhancements and technologies
- Manage and optimize ForeScout and ensure compliance policies are maintained
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer-related field or equivalent experience
- 8-12 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Experience with large scale laptop refresh projects
- Experience in drafting procedures, policies, and work instructions
