Senior Penetration Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Penetration Tester.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct offensive security assessments simulating real-world attacks on products, services, and infrastructure
• Identify vulnerabilities across application, network, and operational domains
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to support remediation efforts

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years of experience in security or related field, OR Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience, OR equivalent experience
• At least 3+ years of experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or offensive security
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), identity systems, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance-driven testing (e.g., FedRAMP, DORA)
