California Senior Grants Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Grants Associate, Resource Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and coordinate the development and submission of high-quality grant proposals
• Coordinate with partners to identify potential funders and develop timelines for grant proposals
• Conduct prospect research to track and summarize current and future grant opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of work experience with demonstrated success
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in submitting successful grant proposals
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an education or non-profit environment preferred
• Knowledge of grant budgeting and project design
• Familiarity with fundraising office administration and the community college system is a plus
