Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 10-15 one-on-one virtual psychotherapy sessions weekly
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients
• Create treatment plans with clients using SMART goals and document all sessions in an electronic medical record

Required Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field allowing independent practice
• Full independent licensure (LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy
• Thorough understanding of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and Solution Focused Therapy
• Experience working with diverse populations and backgrounds
