Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Enabling Capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs the creation of a multi-year capability roadmap in collaboration with underwriting leaders and global partners
• Accountable for executing the roadmap with Global Data and Analytics resources to align technical and business objectives
• Leads teams to execute initiatives, monitor performance, and optimize results while managing the enabling capability budget

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in technology and AI solution evaluation and implementation in financial services or life insurance
• Significant experience in leading the evaluation and integration of complex vendor solutions
• Proven track record of delivering outcomes on target while managing budget and performance
• Expertise in utilizing data, software, and AI to achieve business goals
