A company is looking for a Loss Prevention Fraud Manager to protect assets and drive profitability by addressing fraud-related risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze chargeback activity and resolve disputes with financial institutions
- Investigate fraudulent transactions and coordinate with internal teams for corrective action
- Monitor transaction data to identify and respond to potential fraudulent activity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in fraud prevention or financial risk
- Experience with chargeback resolution processes and fraud detection systems preferred
- Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ) interview and interrogation certification is a plus
