A company is looking for a Binding Operations Coordinator responsible for managing the binding process of insurance policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in binding insurance policies, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Administer underwriting applications to ensure accurate policy rating, documentation, and issuance
- Coordinate communication between underwriters and brokers, responding to inquiries and providing revised quotes as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the Insurance Industry or Binding Underwriting
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Business Operations, or Sales
- Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses
- Preferred: Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
