Grants Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants Manager to support the launch, growth, and success of grant initiatives across its ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to teams and builders, providing operational guidance and resources
• Design and manage scalable programs to enhance the grantee experience
• Lead the creation and execution of new grant initiatives and ecosystem-wide programs

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in grant management, venture capital, or as a founder
• Deep understanding of DeFi, particularly the Uniswap ecosystem, including v4 and Unichain
• Excellent project and product management skills for overseeing complex workstreams
• Strong relationship-building ability with a track record of supporting teams
• Operational mindset with a focus on systems, processes, and scalability
