Executive Director - Kansas/Missouri

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director (Remote - Kansas or Missouri).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Center operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Oversee program planning, delivery, and financial activities while maintaining budgetary constraints
• Develop and maintain relationships with military and local business leaders to enhance fundraising efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 10+ years of experience in program management and/or fundraising, with 5+ years in a supervisory role
• General knowledge of donor cultivation strategies and IRS guidelines for charitable contributions
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and achieve results collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising software
