Benefit Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Benefit Configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Completes scheduled and urgent benefit additions, terminations, and changes accurately and timely
• Maintains knowledge of adjudication system functions to design configurations that meet client expectations
• Performs quality assurance peer reviews and contributes to root cause analysis of issues

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimal experience and/or training to begin learning skills and processes of the role
• Basic experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
