Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical F2F Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review documents and locate encounters that meet F2F qualifications according to CMS guidelines
• Provide communication and guidance to branches regarding F2F needs and requirements
• Lead weekly meetings with branches to discuss unresolved accounts and participate in regional calls for account resolution

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum one year experience in home care, hospice, or medical service setting
• Prior use of EMR (HCHB) preferred
• Understanding/prior experience with F2F preferred
• Working knowledge of home health diagnosis coding and plan of care requirements preferred
