A company is looking for a Law Library Manager to lead client-facing library services and manage a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide department staff, ensuring efficient workflow and professional development
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the integrated library system and manage digital resources
- Lead research support activities and manage various client initiatives and projects
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical services or library systems management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or leading a library or library function
- Strong knowledge of library technologies and digital resource management
- Familiarity with legal research tools and emerging technologies in law libraries
