Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Marine Hull and Liability.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs the underwriting process for property and casualty accounts to achieve profitability targets
• Partners with executives to develop and implement underwriting strategies and revenue targets
• Leads the creation of innovative insurance products and oversees risk analysis and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Risk Management, Actuarial, Business Administration, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance underwriting
• 5+ years of management experience
• State P&C and/or surplus line license required
• CPCU or ARM certification is a plus
