Licensed Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor (Consumer Direct) for their operations teams supporting the Consumer Direct Channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Obtain and review loan documentation, submitting complete packages to Underwriting for approval
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant processing while communicating with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of retail loan processing experience
• Experience supporting the Consumer Direct Retail Division
• Familiarity with processing Government (FHA/VA) loans and Conventional loans
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Point; experience with BYTE is a plus
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required
