Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Related Field, or Business Management
- 7 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Leadership and Patient Access Leadership
- Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) within 2 years of employment
- Flexibility to manage operations across multiple facilities
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle activities and compliance with regulatory standards
