Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex global calendars and oversee scheduling of meetings and events
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
- Prioritize daily correspondence and support the development of executive communications
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Executive Assistant in a large corporation
- Proficiency in PowerPoint is mandatory
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure
