Key Responsibilities
- Process medical record requests including insurance, DDS, workers' compensation, and subpoenas
- Document information across multiple platforms using dual computer monitors
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology preferred
- Familiarity with various EHR and billing systems is advantageous
- Experience handling subpoenas is preferred
