Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and employers to create and implement tailored treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
- Assess overall recovery of disabled persons and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
- Independently manage workload and prepare status updates for customers
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation-related experience preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required, in good standing
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
- Must have reliable internet access
