Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loan files, ensuring compliance and timely processing to meet deadlines
• Review and verify documentation for discrepancies and prepare loans for underwriting submission
• Assist with customer inquiries and collaborate with other departments as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED with five plus years of mortgage loan processing experience
• Extensive knowledge of VA and FHA loan processing
• Experience with multiple investors in the mortgage industry
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and mortgage loan processing systems, preferably Encompass
• Registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) may be required
