• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Computer competency and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Availability for a full-time position, with overtime eligibility if classified non-exempt
