• Conduct capability gap analyses and implement improvement plans while monitoring performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in capability management or product management within the technology industry
• Experience with capability assessment frameworks and performance metrics
• Knowledge of product management processes and ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven strategic thinking with the ability to align initiatives with business goals
