Capability Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capability Manager, C&S Strategic Capabilities to enhance and transform the provider experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and define capabilities required to achieve strategic goals and implement strategies for enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate capabilities into strategic roadmaps and facilitate alignment on development priorities
• Conduct capability gap analyses and develop plans for improvement while monitoring and evaluating effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in capability management, product management, or a related role
• Experience with capability assessment frameworks, performance metrics, and data analysis tools
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of product management/development processes and technologies
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align initiatives with overall business goals
