Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of product management experience with coaching or mentoring abilities
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product delivery practices
• Experience developing training content and facilitating workshops
• Proven ability to work effectively across business units and with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
