Job Summary

A company is looking for a Career Success Coach, Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Career Success programming through live workshops and 1:1 coaching sessions
• Provide reviews of resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and conduct mock behavioral interviews
• Engage and support alumni in their job search through innovative methods and track key metrics

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a Recruiting or Career Coaching/Counseling role related to the tech industry
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training
• Ability to operate autonomously and take ownership of tasks
• Experience working with diverse student bodies and adapting to their needs
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel and comfort with data
