Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Training Material Developer to support the Natrium Demonstration Project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop operator training processes, programs, and procedures for a new training department
- Create curriculum for licensed and non-licensed operators using the Systematic-Approach-to-Training
- Maintain and revise training materials based on plant design, procedure changes, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in science/engineering required
- 4+ years of commercial nuclear power plant operator training experience
- 2+ years of experience as a simulator instructor
- Previous SRO/RO license or 4+ years with SRO certification
- Proficiency in the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of operator training programs
