Nuclear Operations Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Training Material Developer to support the Natrium Demonstration Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop operator training processes, programs, and procedures for a new training department
• Create curriculum for licensed and non-licensed operators using the Systematic-Approach-to-Training
• Maintain and revise training materials based on plant design, procedure changes, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in science/engineering required
• 4+ years of commercial nuclear power plant operator training experience
• 2+ years of experience as a simulator instructor
• Previous SRO/RO license or 4+ years with SRO certification
• Proficiency in the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of operator training programs
