Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Engineer to support customers in connecting Cisco technologies with appropriate training solutions in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to align technology purchases with suitable learning solutions
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering teams to integrate learning into active deals
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers for onboarding, installation, and support through tailored training paths

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering or learning solutions role
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
• Experience recommending or delivering technical training solutions is a plus
• Certifications in CCST, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE highly preferred
