Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and recommend solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Design and develop high-quality learning materials, including digital courses and face-to-face workshops
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring content remains relevant and impactful
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate learning role, including delivering face-to-face and virtual training sessions
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning principles
- Proficiency with e-learning standards such as SCORM and xAPI
- Experience with web-based learning, virtual learning platforms, and mobile learning solutions
