Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for Sales and Customer Operations team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the learning & development team to identify learning collateral needs
• Design, develop, and implement instructional materials, including e-learning modules and assessments
• Regularly review and update training content to reflect changes in products and industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in adult education training or related fields
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools and learning management systems
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles
• Experience in needs assessment, curriculum design, and performance metrics for adult education programs
