Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the learning & development team to identify learning collateral needs
- Design, develop, and implement instructional materials, including e-learning modules and assessments
- Regularly review and update training content to reflect changes in products and industry standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in adult education training or related fields
- Proficiency in e-learning development tools and learning management systems
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles
- Experience in needs assessment, curriculum design, and performance metrics for adult education programs
