Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the configuration, publishing, and categorization of learning courses in the Cornerstone LMS
  • Conduct quality assurance for content assets and monitor learner progress and compliance training
  • Collaborate with teams to align LMS capabilities with learning objectives and support the implementation of new technologies


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand
  • 2+ years of project management experience in learning and development contexts
  • Proficiency in Cornerstone OnDemand platform administration and content authoring tools
  • Familiarity with learning standards and basic web technologies
