Key Responsibilities
- Manage the configuration, publishing, and categorization of learning courses in the Cornerstone LMS
- Conduct quality assurance for content assets and monitor learner progress and compliance training
- Collaborate with teams to align LMS capabilities with learning objectives and support the implementation of new technologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand
- 2+ years of project management experience in learning and development contexts
- Proficiency in Cornerstone OnDemand platform administration and content authoring tools
- Familiarity with learning standards and basic web technologies
